Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 25 July 2026
At Peekaboo Kids Mart, parents trust us with something personal — their child's care. That trust extends to how we handle your data. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, place an order, or reach out to our support team, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address — the minimum needed to get your order to you correctly.
If you've purchased size-specific products like diapers, we may retain order history to help you reorder faster and to recommend the right size as your child grows — this is used only to improve your shopping experience, never shared for marketing by third parties.
Your payment details are handled entirely by our payment gateway partner. Peekaboo Kids Mart does not see, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN at any point.
Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical data — your IP address, browser type, and device information — through cookies, to keep the site running smoothly and to understand which products parents are searching for.
How We Use It
• To process, pack and deliver your order accurately
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and delivery alerts
• To respond when you contact us for help or support
• To detect and prevent fraudulent orders
• To improve site performance and product recommendations
• To send offers or newsletters — only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime
Who We Share It With
We don't sell your data — not to advertisers, not to anyone. Your information is only shared with the partners who help us operate: courier and logistics providers (to deliver your order), payment gateways (to process transactions securely), and, if legally required, government or regulatory authorities.
How We Protect It
We use standard security practices — encrypted checkout, restricted internal access to customer data, and secure hosting — to keep your information safe. That said, no online platform can promise 100% security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show you what data we hold on you, correct anything that's inaccurate, or delete your account and associated data entirely — just write to us using the details below, and we'll act on it within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
