Return and Refund Policy

Diapers, sanitary napkins and other hygiene products are sealed for your safety, so once delivered, Peekaboo Kids Mart is generally unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items — this is standard practice for hygiene-related products, in line with most retailers in this category.

That said, we'll always make it right if:

• You received the wrong item or size

• The product arrived damaged, torn, or opened

• There's a genuine manufacturing defect

• The item received doesn't match what you ordered

How to Report an Issue

Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery — the sooner you reach out, the faster we can resolve it. Email us at peekabookidsmart@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• A photo of the outer shipping package

• A short description of what went wrong

Once we verify the issue, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you'd prefer a replacement instead, we'll ship the correct item at no extra cost as soon as verification is complete.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order any time before it's been packed and handed to our courier partner. Reach out to Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll confirm whether it's still eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel it — at that stage, the return process above would apply instead if there's a genuine issue with the item.

If your cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
